Here is some good news for a change…
I drove by the church today and the new roof is being put on as we speak.
Fr. Dan sent out an email last night that we will have mass and a parish meeting Sunday morning at the regular time. It will be held in the dining area of our church.
Even if there is no power, we will meet as a community.
Power is the only thing keeping Fr. Dan from returning to the rectory. Though there is roof damage at the rectory, it is not severe enough to keep him from being there while they repair it.
Hopefully we will be able to find out individual needs when we meet on Sunday. I will continue to forward updates as they become available.
