The parish purchased a new Ribao BC-1000 UV/MG money counter, which was delivered today (7/25). It utilizes ultraviolet and magnetic counterfeit bill detection software, counts up to 1000 bills per minute (not that we have that problem) and has free counting, batch and accumulation modes as well as double bill detection. This counter will assist our counting teams to become more efficient and accurate, thereby decreasing their counting time. It will be especially beneficial during events such as our tag sale, when we receive large amounts of cash.
